Multicellular Steel Tube Production Line
The multicellular steel tube production line is predominantly constituted of a forming production line, assembly welding production line, and final assembly welding production line, which includes leveling, punching, pressure forming, and precision length cutting. The assembly welding production line is equipped with a correction function. Once the U-shaped steel is meticulously placed according to the detailed shop drawings, the production line can autonomously execute the welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly with exceptional efficiency. The final assembly and welding production line culminates in the final assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into the quintessential L-type and mold top half parts. This entire process employs servo control, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in assembly positioning.
