The groundbreaking multicellular steel tube production line consists chiefly of a forming production line, assembly welding production line, and final assembly welding production line, incorporating leveling, punching, pressure forming, and length cutting. The assembly welding production line is equipped with a correction function. Upon placement of U-shaped steel following the detailed shop drawings, the production line automatically executes the welding process for multicellular steel tube assembly. In the final assembly and welding production line, we meticulously complete the assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into signature L-type and mold top half parts.
