Multicellular Steel Tube Production Line
The pioneering multicellular steel tube production line primarily consists of a forming production line, an assembly welding production line, and a final assembly welding production line, which includes precision leveling, accurate punching, pressure forming, and meticulous length cutting. The assembly welding production line boasts the capability for precise correction. Once the U-shaped steel is placed in accordance with the detailed shop drawings, the production line can automatically and efficiently complete the welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly. The final assembly and welding production line successfully manages the final integration of welded steel bundle plate parts into standard L-type and mold top half parts.
