This state-of-the-art multicellular steel tube production line features a synergistic formation of a forming production line and an assembly welding production line. It is engineered for leveling, punching, pressure forming, and precise length cutting. The assembly welding line boasts an integrated correction function. Once the U-shaped steel is strategically positioned according to shop drawings, the production line autonomously completes the complex welding processes required for multicellular steel tube assembly. The final assembly welding line expertly concludes by integrating welded steel bundle plate components into classic L-type and mold top half parts, ensuring structural consistency.
