The state-of-the-art multicellular steel tube production line is primarily comprised of the forming production line, precise assembly, welding production line, and the final assembly welding production line. These encompass leveling, accurate punching, pressure forming, and precise length cutting. The assembly welding production line boasts an advanced correction function. Once the U-shaped steel is strategically placed according to detailed shop drawings, the production line efficiently and automatically completes the welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly. The final assembly and welding production line expertly combines welded steel bundle plate parts into distinctive L-type and mold top half parts. The entire process adopts innovative servo control, ensuring high accuracy and outstanding efficiency in assembly positioning.
