Hangxiao Steel Structure has accumulated a wealth of experience in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this expertise, it has spearheaded research and
development initiatives in steel structure projects for multi-high-rise buildings
and has successfully undertaken numerous such projects. Furthermore, the
company has integrated cutting-edge equipment, like the double arc
double wire door welding machine with the American
Lincoln power supply and slag welding machines from Nippon Steel,
among others.
The steel truss formwork is an advanced three-dimensional welded plate,
where the steel bar within the floor is transformed into a steel
plate at the factory, then combined with galvanized pressure steel plates.
This formwork system seamlessly incorporates the steel through
precise construction and application design, capable of supporting the wet
concrete weight and live construction loads during the building phase.
The board can be effortlessly placed on the beam at the construction
site, allowing for straightforward steel engineering and concrete pouring.
Hangxiao employs state-of-the-art steel truss formwork production lines,
