Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed a wealth of experience in
the creation and construction of light steel engineering projects
over many successful years. Building on this foundation, the company
has propelled the research and development of steel structures in
multi-high-rise buildings, undertaking numerous such projects. Moreover,
the company has integrated cutting-edge equipment like the double arc
double wire door welding machine using the American Lincoln power
supply, as well as a slag welding machine from Nippon Steel,
among other advanced technologies.
The steel truss formwork is an advanced three-dimensional plate welding
process. It integrates the steel bar in the floor into a steel plate at the
factory, combined with galvanized pressure steel plate.
The system seamlessly melds formwork and steel through meticulous
construction and application design, supporting wet concrete weight
and construction live load during building phases.
The panels can be directly laid on beams at the construction
site, allowing for straightforward steel engineering before pouring concrete.
Hangxiao utilizes a state-of-the-art steel truss formwork production line,
where the quality and adaptability of the processing equipment are
unmatched on a global scale.
