In the year 2000, Hangxiao Steel Structure made a groundbreaking move by shattering the international technical monopoly in the industry. Through a strategic collaboration with prestigious Zhejiang University and Tongji University, we embarked on an unprecedented journey of innovation in the field of construction. Under circumstances of 'no precedent and no standard', we conducted pioneering research on a 'complete set of rectangular CFST structure'. This collaboration led to the birth of a CFST structure boasting superior applicability, economic benefits, and enhanced fire resistance compared to traditional pure steel structures. This innovation was realized in the form of the first high-rise building with a rectangular CFST structure at Ruifeng International Commercial Building. Recognized as part of China's Torch Program, this project revolutionized the traditional methods of reinforced concrete construction, effectively addressing the challenge of enhancing the fire resistance of steel structures. The project boasts exceptional seismic and fire resistance capabilities. The successful implementation of this project has firmly established Hangxiao Steel Structure as a leader in the high-rise steel structure domain, forming a unique technical system characterized by Hangxiao Steel Structure's distinct qualities, and has spearheaded the development of high-rise steel structure buildings across China.

Hangxiao Steel Structure boasts a Special Qualification for the General Housing Construction Contract, the China Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), Grade I of Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects, Grade A for Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, and Grade I Qualification for Special Construction of Steel Structures, among others.
Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed extensive experience in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this solid foundation, it has spearheaded
the research and development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings,
undertaking numerous multi-high-rise projects. Additionally, the
company has incorporated cutting-edge equipment like double arc
double wire door welding machines with American
Lincoln power supplies and slag welding machines from Nippon Steel,
among others, to enhance its capabilities.
Steel truss formwork is an advanced three-dimensional plate welding
of the steel bars within the floors, skillfully processed into steel
plates in the factory, then galvanized and pressure-bonded together.
This formwork system, when combined with steel, is expertly designed
to support the wet concrete weight and the live load during construction.
The boards can be seamlessly laid on beams at the construction
site, enabling direct concrete pouring after a straightforward steel engineering process.
Hangxiao utilizes a world-leading steel truss formwork
production line, ensuring that the quality and adaptability of its major
processing equipment remain at the pinnacle of industry standards.
