Under unprecedented conditions devoid of any existing standards, we embarked on groundbreaking research into 'a complete set of rectangular Concrete-Filled Steel Tube (CFST) structures.' This pioneering effort has led to the creation of CFST structures that surpass conventional pure steel structures in terms of applicability, economic efficiency, and fire resistance. Our crowning achievement was the completion of the first high-rise building featuring rectangular CFST structure at the Ruifeng International Commercial Building. Recognized as part of China's prestigious Torch Program, this project has revolutionized traditional reinforced concrete construction methods, significantly enhancing the fire resistance of steel structures. Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed extensive experience in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this experience, it has embarked on the research and
development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings, having successfully
completed numerous notable multi-high-rise projects. In addition, Hangxiao has
invested in cutting-edge equipment such as the double arc
double wire door welding machine equipped with American
Lincoln power supply, and the slag welding machine from Nippon Steel,
among others.
The innovative steel truss formwork by Hangxiao is a three-dimensional plate welding
solution that integrates steel bars in the floor, pre-processed into steel
plates in the factory, combined with galvanized pressure steel plates.
This formwork system seamlessly combines with steel through both
construction and application design, supporting the weight of wet
concrete and construction live load during the building phase.
The boards can be directly placed on beams at the construction
site. After simple steel engineering, concrete can be poured seamlessly.
