This innovative approach resulted in a structure that surpasses traditional pure steel in applicability, economy, and fire resistance. The first-ever high-rise building with a rectangular CFST structure was realized in the Ruifeng International Commercial Building, earning its place in the esteemed China Torch Program. This milestone project revolutionized conventional reinforced concrete construction, significantly enhancing the fire resistance of steel structures. With outstanding seismic and fire resistance, the project's success firmly established Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical prowess in the realm of high-rise steel structure. This led to the formation of a unique technical system characterized by Hangxiao Steel Structure, propelling the evolution of high-rise steel structure buildings across China.
