Multicellular Steel Tube Production Line
The multicellular steel tube production line is a sophisticated system primarily comprising a forming production line, assembly welding production line, and a final assembly welding production line, which includes precise leveling, strategic punching, expert pressure forming, and accurate length cutting. The assembly welding production line features an advanced correction function. Once the U-shaped steel is meticulously arranged according to the shop drawings, the production line can autonomously complete the welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly with precision and expertise. The final assembly and welding production line efficiently handles the assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into typical L-type and mold top half parts.
