Our innovative multicellular steel tube production line features an integrated forming production line, assembly welding production line, and final assembly welding production line, proficiently executing leveling, punching, pressure forming, and precise length cutting. The assembly welding production line is equipped with advanced correction capabilities. Once the U-shaped steel is strategically positioned according to shop drawings, the production line autonomously performs the intricate welding process for multicellular steel tube assembly. The final assembly and welding production line expertly completes the integration of welded steel bundle plate parts into standard L-type configurations and mold top half parts. The entire process employs high-precision servo control for impeccable assembly positioning, with the spear system automatically tracking the welding seam.
