Multicellular Steel Tube Production Line
The multicellular steel tube production line consists of a highly efficient forming production line, assembly welding production line, and a final assembly welding production line. Tasks such as leveling, punching, pressure forming, and length cutting are meticulously performed. The assembly welding production line is equipped with advanced correction capabilities. Once the U-shaped steel is positioned according to the precise shop drawings, the production line seamlessly completes the welding process of these sophisticated multicellular steel tube assemblies. The final assembly and welding production line expertly combines the welded steel bundle plate parts into distinctive L-type and mold top half configurations. This entire procedure employs precise servo control, ensuring exceptional accuracy and efficiency in assembly positioning.
