The pioneering multicellular steel tube production line is primarily comprised of a state-of-the-art forming production line, efficient assembly welding production line, and final assembly welding production line, encompassing processes such as leveling, precise punching, pressure forming, and accurate length cutting. The assembly welding production line is equipped with advanced correction functionalities. Once the U-shaped steel is strategically placed according to the exact specifications of the shop drawings, the production line autonomously completes the complex welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly. The final assembly and welding production line focuses on the meticulous assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into distinctive L-type and mold top half parts.
