The cutting-edge multicellular steel tube production line is meticulously designed and comprises a forming production line, assembly welding production line, and a final assembly welding production line. It encompasses sophisticated processes such as leveling, precision punching, pressure forming, and accurate length cutting. The assembly welding production line boasts an advanced correction capability. Once the U-shaped steel is strategically positioned in accordance with the shop drawings, the production line automatically executes the seamless welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly. The final assembly and welding production line expertly completes the assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into distinguished L-type and mold top half parts.
