In collaboration with Zhejiang University and Tongji University, the company embarked on a groundbreaking research initiative, exploring "a complete set of rectangular CFST structure" under the conditions of "no precedent and no standard." The first high-rise building utilizing this advanced rectangular CFST structure was successfully completed at Ruifeng International Commercial Building. Recognized as part of the China Torch Program, this project revolutionized conventional reinforced concrete construction, effectively addressing the challenges of enhancing steel structure fire resistance. Demonstrating remarkable seismic and fire-resistant properties, this project solidified Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical leadership in high-rise steel structures. Furthermore, it established a distinctive technical system for high-rise steel structures, imbuing it with unique Hangxiao Steel Structure characteristics, and propelled the evolution of high-rise steel structures across China.
