The triumph was the completion of the first-ever high-rise building utilizing a rectangular CFST structure at Ruifeng International Commercial Building. This endeavor was honored as part of the China Torch Program, revolutionizing the conventional approach to reinforced concrete construction and enhancing the fire resistance of steel structures. This project, boasting impressive seismic and fire resilience, firmly established Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical prowess in high-rise steel architecture. Hangxiao Steel Structure boasts extensive expertise in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering.
Building on this foundation, the company has spearheaded research and
development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings,
successfully completing numerous multi-high-rise projects. Furthermore,
Hangxiao has integrated cutting-edge equipment, including dual arc
double wire door welding machines with the American
Lincoln power supply and slag welding machines from Nippon Steel,
among others.
Steel truss formwork is a state-of-the-art three-dimensional plate welding
system that integrates steel bars in the floor with factory-produced steel
plates and galvanized pressure steel plates.
Through thoughtful construction and application design, the formwork system and steel mesh seamlessly combine,
capable of supporting the weight of wet concrete and live loads during construction.
The board can be easily positioned on the beam at the construction
site, allowing concrete to be poured following basic steel engineering.
