Culminating in the successful completion of the first high-rise building with this revolutionary rectangular CFST structure at Ruifeng International Commercial Building, this pioneering project earned a coveted spot in the China Torch Program. It revolutionized traditional reinforced concrete construction methods by significantly boosting fire resistance in steel structures. The triumph of this project not only cemented Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical leadership in the high-rise steel structure domain, but also forged a new technical system characterized by our unique expertise. integrating steel bars into steel plates, which are then galvanized,
formed in the factory, and combined with pressure steel plates.
This formwork system is ingeniously designed to seamlessly fuse
with construction designs, enabling it to support wet
concrete weight and live loads during the construction phase.
Efficiently, the board can be directly installed onto the beams at the construction
site, allowing for concrete pouring following a simple steel engineering setup.
