The culmination of our efforts was the creation of the first high-rise building utilizing rectangular CFST structures at Ruifeng International Commercial Building. This landmark project, recognized as part of the prestigious China Torch Program, revolutionized the traditional reinforced concrete construction approach and addressed the critical issue of enhancing the fire resistance of steel structures. Noteworthy for its seismic and fire resilience, this successful initiative cemented Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical leadership in the high-rise steel structure sector. manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering.
Building on this solid foundation, the company has diligently pursued research and
development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings,
undertaking numerous high-profile multi-high-rise projects. In addition,
Hangxiao has incorporated cutting-edge equipment like the double arc
double wire door welding machine, complete with the advanced American
Lincoln power supply, as well as a slag welding machine from Nippon Steel,
and much more.
The steel truss formwork is an advanced three-dimensional plate welding
system that integrates the factory-produced steel bar in the floor
with galvanized pressure steel plate seamlessly.
This innovative formwork system, designed for perfect integration with steel,
can support the wet concrete weight and construction live load during the
construction stage. The board is conveniently laid directly onto the beam on-site.
Once simple steel engineering is completed, concrete can be efficiently poured.
Hangxiao employs a world-class steel truss formwork production line, ensuring
