The pioneering accomplishment of completing the first high-rise building with this advanced rectangular CFST structure at Ruifeng International Commercial Building marked a turning point in construction. Recognized as part of China's esteemed Torch Program, this project revolutionized conventional reinforced concrete construction methodologies and significantly enhanced the fire resistance of steel structures. Notably, this project boasts superior seismic and fire-resistant qualities. The successful realization of this endeavor not only cemented Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical prowess in the high-rise steel structure domain but also established a distinctive technical framework embodying the essence of Hangxiao Steel Structure. the domain of light steel engineering manufacturing and construction
over decades. Building on this foundation, it has propelled research and
development in the steel structure realm of multi-high-rise buildings, and
successfully undertaken numerous multi-high-rise projects. The company
has embraced state-of-the-art machinery such as double arc
double wire door welding machines powered by American
Lincoln power supplies, and slag welding machines from Nippon Steel
among others.
The steel truss formwork is an innovative three-dimensional plate that welds
steel bars within the floor into a steel plate at the factory, perfectly
integrating with galvanized pressure steel plates.
This formwork system seamlessly combines with steel through meticulous
construction and application design, adeptly supporting wet concrete weight
and live construction loads during the building phase.
The boards are directly laid on beams at construction sites. Following
a straightforward steel engineering process, concrete can be poured.
