We have also integrated state-of-the-art equipment such as the double arc double wire door welding machine with American Lincoln power supply, and a slag welding machine from Nippon Steel, ensuring cutting-edge technology and precision.

The steel truss formwork from Hangxiao is a masterpiece of engineering-a three-dimensional plate meticulously crafted by welding steel bars onto a pre-processed steel plate and galvanized pressure steel plate. This innovative board can be directly laid on beams at construction sites, allowing for seamless steel engineering and concrete pouring. Hangxiao utilizes a world-leading steel truss formwork production line, ensuring unparalleled quality and flexibility in major processing equipment.
Ordinary H-type steel production line
Hangxiao Steel Structure employs state-of-the-art equipment in its H-type steel manufacturing, including cutting-edge machinery like the cutting machine powered by a French CNC system and advanced FASTCAM software. Our lineup features the Lincoln-powered buried arc welding machine, an automatic assembly machine, a hydraulic correction machine, and an 8-shot throwing blasting machine, all orchestrated to deliver superior manufacturing precision.
Cladding system production line
At Hangxiao Steel Structure, our comprehensive cladding system production line is enhanced by the introduction of a globally leading strip machine. This breakthrough technology enables the synchronous completion of automatic production processes, high precision punching, and molding.
