Main processing equipment for box columns
Over the years, Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed extensive expertise in the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering. Building on this solid foundation, we have spearheaded research and development in steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings and successfully executed numerous high-rise projects. Our avant-garde equipment includes the double arc double wire door welding machine, powered by an American Lincoln power supply, and a state-of-the-art slag welding machine from Nippon Steel.
Steel truss deck production line
Our steel truss formwork represents a three-dimensional plate welding of steel bars into factory-processed galvanized pressure steel plates. This innovative board can be directly applied to beams at construction sites, simplifying steel engineering and enabling efficient concrete pouring. Hangxiao's steel truss formwork production line is globally renowned, offering first-class quality and flexibility in major processing equipment.
Ordinary H-type steel production line
Hangxiao Steel Structure's H-type steel manufacturing line features cutting-edge equipment, including a cutting machine with a French CNC system and advanced FASTCAM material software. Our facilities include a buried arc welding machine with Lincoln power supply, an automatic assembly machine, a hydraulic correction machine, and an 8-shot blasting machine, ensuring precision and excellence in production.
Cladding system production line
Hangxiao Steel Structure is equipped with an advanced cladding system production line. By integrating the world-leading strip machine, we achieve synchronous automatic production with high precision in punching and molding. Our facilities also include a 360-degree standing seam roof panel production line, epitomizing innovation and precision.
