Innovative Multicellular Steel Tube Production Line
The advanced multicellular steel tube production line comprises a forming production line, precision assembly welding production line, and a final assembly welding production line, featuring efficient leveling, precise punching, controlled pressure forming, and accurate length cutting. The assembly welding line is equipped with correction capabilities. Once the U-shaped steel is arranged in accordance with detailed shop drawings, the line can autonomously execute the complex welding process for multicellular steel tube assemblies. The final assembly welding production line facilitates the assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into distinct L-type and mold top half parts.
