Multicellular Steel Tube Production Line
Our state-of-the-art multicellular steel tube production line is a harmonious assembly of forming production line, assembly welding production line, and final assembly welding production line. This encompasses leveling, precise punching, exact pressure forming, and accurate length cutting. The assembly welding production line is engineered with an advanced correction function. Once the U-shaped steel is strategically placed according to the detailed shop drawings, the production line is capable of autonomously executing the entire welding process for the multicellular steel tube assembly. The final assembly and welding production line meticulously brings together welded steel bundle plate parts into typical L-type and mold top half parts.
