The innovative housing system of shear walls, crafted from concrete-filled multicellular steel tubes, has undergone a comprehensive seven-stage development process. This includes feasibility studies, theoretical analysis, trial design, production process research, construction process exploration, development of production equipment, and extensive experimental research. Over 100 patents have been secured throughout this process. A series of group and corporate standards have been meticulously compiled, such as the Technical Standard for Shear Walls formed by Concrete-Filled Multicellular Steel Tubes T/CECS546-2018 and others, ensuring excellence and quality at every turn.
Our concrete-filled multicellular steel tube shear wall system defines modern residential construction. Comprising of concrete-filled multicellular steel tube shear walls, H-type steel beams, assembled steel truss bar truss decks, and assembled stairs, this system is enhanced by light fire-proof boards, gypsum-based light partition walls, and a variety of decorative and fireproofing solutions, including CCA grouting walls and metal and artificial board curtain walls. It is a complete residential system.
Hangxiao Steel Structure is entrusted with the mission of 'leading the transformation of residential construction.' In 1999, we established a dedicated agency to propel the research and development of steel structure residential systems, culminating in China's most advanced steel structure residential product system. By 2003, we were granted a patent for our inventive steel structure housing, solidifying our position as pioneers.

By incorporating U-shaped steel or U-type steel composed of multiple steel belts, rectangular steel pipes, and steel plates filled with concrete, we create robust concrete steel bundle shear walls. These walls, along with steel beams and floor plates, effectively bear vertical and horizontal forces, forming a strong concrete steel bundle shear wall structure.

The meticulously crafted assembled steel bar truss deck boasts a sophisticated design where the steel truss, expertly processed in our state-of-the-art factory, is seamlessly combined with a bottom mold made of galvanized steel sheet.
