The groundbreaking housing system of shear walls formed by concrete-filled multicellular steel tubes has been meticulously developed over seven crucial stages, from feasibility evaluation to trial design. Our extensive efforts include research in production processes, development of equipment, experimental research, and pilot engineering projects. This comprehensive process has led to securing over 100 patents. We've also established a suite of group and corporate standards, including the Technical Standard for shear walls formed by concrete-filled multicellular steel tubes T/CECS546-2018 and Technical Specification for Concrete Steel Bundle Outer Wall Engineering T/CECS 589-2019, among others.
The innovative design of the concrete-filled multicellular steel tube shear wall stands as a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating concrete-filled multicellular steel tube shear walls, H-type steel beams, assembled steel truss bar truss decks, and assembled stairs. This system is enhanced with light fire-proof boards, gypsum-based light partition walls, and fire-proof decoration combinations. Integrated with CCA grouting walls, metal curtain walls, artificial board curtain walls, and insulation decoration boards, it offers a comprehensive residential solution.
Hangxiao Steel Structure remains steadfast in its mission of 'leading the transformation of residential construction.' Since our founding in 1999, we have diligently advanced the research and development of steel structure residential systems, resulting in the most sophisticated product system in China. In 2003, we proudly achieved an invention patent for steel structure housing, underscoring our authority in the field.
In 2010, Hangxiao Steel Structure received official recognition from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as the inaugural national housing industrialization base for steel structures. This acknowledgement affirms our proprietary intellectual property rights and extensive supporting system, cementing our role as a pioneer and leader in the industry. By 2017, we were recognized among the first national assembled construction industrial bases.
