Multicellular Steel Tube Production Line
Our cutting-edge multicellular steel tube production line is primarily constructed with a forming production line, assembly welding production line, and a final assembly welding production line that includes precise leveling, strategic punching, pressure forming, and accurate length cutting. The assembly welding production line also features an innovative correction function. Once the U-shaped steel is precisely positioned according to the shop drawings, the production line autonomously completes the meticulous welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly. The final assembly and welding production line completes the final assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into standard L-type and mold top half parts. The entire process utilizes advanced servo control to ensure high accuracy and efficiency in assembly positioning.
