The housing system of shear walls, ingeniously crafted from concrete-filled multicellular steel tubes, has evolved through seven critical stages: feasibility study, theoretical analysis and trial design, production process research, construction process research, production equipment development, experimental research, and engineering pilot projects. In this evolutionary journey, we have secured over 100 patents. We have compiled an array of group standards and corporate standards, including the Technical Standard for Shear Walls Formed by Concrete-Filled Multicellular Steel Tube T/CECS546-2018, Technical Specification for Concrete Steel Bundle Outer Wall Engineering T/CECS 589-2019, Insulation System of Concrete Steel Wall Outer Wall (19CJ83-4), Technical Regulations for Application of Light Steel Keel CCA Cotton External Insulation System (QB/HX401(B)-2017), and External Thermal Insulation Structure of Steel Bundle System (17HXJ105). Additionally, we offer the Technical Standard for Shear Walls Formed by Concrete-Filled Multicellular Steel Tube (QB/HX-402(B)-2019).
The concrete-filled multicellular steel tube shear wall system is an engineering marvel, composed of the concrete-filled multicellular steel tube shear wall, H-type steel beam, assembled steel truss bar truss deck, assembled stairs, all enhanced by light fire-proof board, gypsum-based light partition wall with combined fire proofing and decoration, CCA grouting wall, metal curtain wall, artificial board curtain wall, and insulation decoration board, creating an integrated residential system.
Hangxiao Steel Structure embraces the esteemed mission of 'leading the transformation of residential construction.' A U-type steel structure, composed of several steel belts, rectangular steel pipes, and steel plates, is filled with concrete to form a concrete steel bundle shear wall.
