In the year 2000, Hangxiao Steel Structure boldly ventured into uncharted territories by breaking the international technical monopoly. In a groundbreaking collaboration with Zhejiang University and Tongji University, we embarked on an industry-university-research partnership, overcoming the challenges of 'no precedent and no standard.' Together, we innovated the 'complete set of rectangular CFST structure', a pioneering design that boasts superior applicability, economic viability, and enhanced fire resistance compared to traditional pure steel structures. Our vision came to life with the successful completion of the first high-rise building using this innovative rectangular CFST structure at Ruifeng International Commercial Building. This project was proudly recognized as part of the China Torch Program, marking a revolutionary shift in traditional reinforced concrete construction. We addressed the critical challenge of elevating steel structure fire resistance, achieving an exceptional balance of seismic and fire-resistant properties. This successful venture not only solidified Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical leadership in high-rise steel structures but also established a unique technical system that encapsulates the distinctive characteristics of Hangxiao Steel Structure, spearheading the advancement of high-rise steel structure buildings throughout China.

the weight of wet concrete and live loads during the construction
phase. The boards can be laid directly onto beams, simplifying site
operations, and allowing for seamless concrete pouring post basic
steel engineering.
