In the year 2000, Hangxiao Steel Structure revolutionized the construction industry by breaking through the international technical monopolies. Through an innovative collaboration with Zhejiang University and Tongji University, and under the pioneering conditions of 'no precedent and no standard,' we embarked on groundbreaking research to develop a complete set of rectangular CFST (Concrete-Filled Steel Tube) structures. This revolutionary advancement introduced a CFST structure that surpasses the conventional pure steel structures in terms of applicability, economy, and fire resistance. We proudly completed the first high-rise building featuring this innovative rectangular CFST structure at Ruifeng International Commercial Building, a landmark achievement that positioned us at the forefront of construction innovation. Recognized as part of the prestigious China Torch Program, this project not only transformed traditional reinforced concrete construction methods but also addressed the crucial issue of enhancing fire resistance in steel structures. With outstanding seismic and fire-resistant properties, the successful execution of this project solidified Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical leadership in high-rise steel structures. We developed a unique technical system characterized by the distinct Hangxiao Steel Structure expertise, guiding the development trajectory of high-rise steel structure buildings across China.
