The state-of-the-art multicellular steel tube production line is primarily organized into a forming production line, an assembly welding production line, and a final assembly welding production line. This includes accurate leveling, precise punching, pressure forming, and length cutting. The assembly welding production line boasts an advanced correction function. Once the U-shaped steel is meticulously placed according to the shop drawings, the production line automatically completes the welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly with precision. The final assembly and welding production line culminates in the final assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into classic L-type and mold top half parts.
