Hangxiao Steel Structure has garnered extensive expertise in
the domain of manufacturing and constructing light steel engineering projects
throughout the years. On this robust foundation, they have advanced the research and
development of steel structures in multi-high-rise buildings,
and have successfully undertaken numerous multi-high-rise projects. In addition, the
company has incorporated cutting-edge equipment such as the double-arc,
double-wire door welding machine, featuring the American
Lincoln power supply, and slag welding machines from Nippon Steel
among others.
The steel truss formwork is an advanced three-dimensional plate welding system,
comprising reinforced steel bars within a factory-fabricated steel
plate, combined with a galvanized pressure steel plate. This
formwork system is expertly designed to perfectly integrate with steel,
capable of bearing the wet concrete weight and construction live load during the building stage.
The board can be effortlessly laid on beams at the construction
site. Following a straightforward steel engineering process, concrete can be poured.
