The multicellular steel tube production line is a sophisticated system encompassing a forming production line, assembly welding production line, and final assembly welding production line, incorporating leveling, precise punching, pressure forming, and accurate length cutting. The assembly welding production line is equipped with correction functionalities. Post the strategic placement of U-shaped steel according to detailed shop drawings, the production line can autonomously execute the welding process of multicellular steel tube assembly with precision. The final assembly and welding production line meticulously handles the final assembly of welded steel bundle plate components into standard L-type and mold top half segments.
