In the year 2000, Hangxiao Steel Structure proudly emerged as a trailblazer, shattering international technical monopolies. Through innovative collaboration with Zhejiang University and Tongji University, and undeterred by the absence of precedents or standards, we embarked on pioneering research into a comprehensive rectangular CFST (Concrete-Filled Steel Tube) structure. This groundbreaking work led to the creation of a CFST structure that surpasses traditional pure steel structures in applicability, economy, and fire resistance. A remarkable achievement was the completion of the first high-rise building featuring this advanced rectangular CFST structure at Ruifeng International Commercial Building. Recognized as part of the China Torch Program, this project revolutionized the conventional methods of reinforced concrete construction and successfully addressed the critical challenge of enhancing the fire resistance of steel structures. It boasts excellent seismic and fire-resistant properties. The triumph of this project solidified Hangxiao Steel Structure's esteemed technical status in the realm of high-rise steel structures, establishing a distinct technical system characterized by our unique expertise and spearheading the evolution of high-rise steel structure buildings across China.

Hangxiao Steel Structure holds special qualifications for General Housing Construction Contracts, China Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), Grade I of Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects, Grade A in Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, and Grade I Qualification for Special Construction of Steel Structures.
Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed extensive experience in the
manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering over
the years. Building on this foundation, it has advanced research
and development efforts for steel structures in multi-high-rise
buildings, successfully executing numerous multi-high-rise projects.
The company has integrated key equipment such as the double
arc double wire door welding machine with an American
Lincoln power supply, and a slag welding machine from Nippon
Steel, among others.
Steel truss formwork represents a state-of-the-art three-dimensional
plate welding technique, where steel bars are prefabricated into steel
plates in the factory, then combined with galvanized pressure steel
plates. This system seamlessly marries formwork and steel through
innovative construction and application design, supporting wet
concrete load and live construction load during the building phase.
The board can be effortlessly laid on beams on-site, enabling the
easy pouring of concrete following basic steel engineering.

production line, ensuring that the quality and adaptability of the
processing equipment are of global standards.
