Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed substantial expertise in
the crafting and construction of light steel engineering over
the years. Building on this, the company has embarked on
the development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings,
successfully completing numerous such projects. Additionally,
the company has introduced cutting-edge technology, including
the double arc double wire door welding machine powered by
American Lincoln technology, and a slag welding machine from
Nippon Steel, among others.
The steel truss formwork represents a pioneering three-dimensional plate welding technique, involving steel bars transformed into
steel plates at the factory, coupled with galvanized pressure steel
plates. This formwork system integrates seamlessly with steel
through meticulous construction and application design, supporting
the wet concrete weight and live construction load during building.
At the construction site, the board can be directly laid on the
beam. Following minor steel engineering adjustments, concrete
can be efficiently poured, streamlining the construction process.
