This innovative CFST structure was first realized in the majestic Ruifeng International Commercial Building, marking the creation of China's first high-rise building of its kind. The project became a celebrated entry in the China Torch Program, revolutionizing traditional reinforced concrete construction techniques. It successfully tackled the challenge of boosting the fire resistance of steel structures, boasting commendable seismic and fire resistance capabilities. Hangxiao Steel Structure holds a Special Qualification for the General Housing Construction Contract, the China Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), Grade I of Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects, Grade A of Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, and Grade I Qualification for Special Construction of Steel Structures, among others.
Hangxiao Steel Structure has garnered extensive experience in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this foundation, it has expanded into
the research and development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings,
successfully undertaking numerous multi-high-rise projects. The company
has incorporated key equipment, such as the double arc
double wire door welding machine, powered by the American
Lincoln power supply, and the slag welding machine from Nippon Steel,
among others.
The steel truss formwork represents a three-dimensional plate welding innovation,
fabricated by integrating the steel bar into the floor, which is subsequently
formed into steel plates in the factory and then combined with galvanized pressure steel plates.
Through meticulous construction and application design, this formwork system seamlessly combines with steel to support the wet
concrete weight and construction live load during the construction phase.
The board can be directly placed on the beam at the construction site,
allowing for simple steel engineering processes before concrete pouring ensues.
Hangxiao employs a world-class steel truss formwork production line,
ensuring that the quality and adaptability of its processing equipment are unparalleled globally.
