This innovation led to the creation of a CFST structure that boasts superior applicability, cost-effectiveness, and fire resistance compared to traditional pure steel structures. The culmination of this research was the completion of the first high-rise building utilizing a rectangular CFST structure at the Ruifeng International Commercial Building. This landmark project was recognized as part of the esteemed China Torch Program and has revolutionized the conventional methods of reinforced concrete construction. By addressing and overcoming the challenge of enhancing the fire resistance of steel structures, the project has demonstrated outstanding seismic and fire resistance qualities. including leading-edge double arc double wire door welding machines equipped with
the acclaimed American Lincoln power supply, and slag welding machines imported from Nippon Steel,

The steel truss formwork, a three-dimensional plate welding
system, seamlessly integrates the steel bar within the factory-produced steel
plate and galvanized pressure steel plate. This innovative formwork system
and steel are expertly combined through meticulous construction and application design, enabling it to
bear the weight of wet concrete and the live loads during the construction phase.
During construction, the board can be effortlessly laid on
beams on-site. With minimal steel engineering requirements, concrete can be
poured directly, streamlining the construction process.
