In collaboration with prestigious Zhejiang University and Tongji University, under unprecedented conditions without any predefined frameworks or standards, we spearheaded research on a 'complete set of rectangular Concrete Filled Steel Tube (CFST) structure'. This pioneering endeavor birthed a CFST structure that surpasses traditional pure steel structures in terms of applicability, economy, and fire resistance. Our landmark achievement culminated in the construction of Ruifeng International Commercial Building, the first high-rise edifice featuring the rectangular CFST structure. Recognized as a part of China's Torch Program, this project has dramatically transformed conventional reinforced concrete construction, enhancing the fire resistance of steel structures and exhibiting exceptional seismic and fire-resistant properties. The successful execution of this venture has not only solidified Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical leadership in high-rise steel architecture but also established a proprietary technical system characterized by Hangxiao Steel Structure's distinct attributes, propelling the evolution of high-rise steel structure buildings across China.
