The multicellular steel tube production line features a robust forming production line, precise assembly welding production line, and meticulous final assembly welding production line, which includes leveling, accurate punching, pressure forming, and precise length cutting. The assembly welding production line boasts correction capabilities. Once the U-shaped steel is placed in accordance with the detailed shop drawings, the production line automatically completes the welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly with exceptional precision. The final assembly and welding production line culminates in the assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into characteristic L-type and mold top half parts.
