This groundbreaking work culminated in the construction of the first high-rise edifice employing the rectangular CFST structure at the Ruifeng International Commercial Building. The project earned its place as a part of China's prestigious Torch Program, turning traditional reinforced concrete methods on their head, while significantly enhancing the fire resistance capabilities of steel structures. Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed a wealth of expertise in
the production and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this foundation, it has pioneered research and
development in steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings and
has successfully executed numerous multi-high-rise projects. The company
has integrated cutting-edge technology, such as the double arc
double wire door welding machine enhanced by Lincoln's American
power supply, alongside Nippon Steel's slag welding machines,
and more.
Steel truss formwork represents an advanced three-dimensional plate welding
system that incorporates pre-processed steel bars and galvanized pressure
steel plates in the factory. These components are expertly combined to
form a system capable of supporting the weight of wet concrete
and live construction loads during the construction phase.
These boards are laid directly on beams at construction sites. Following
a straightforward steel engineering process, concrete is then poured.
Hangxiao employs a globally leading steel truss formwork
