In the year 2000, Hangxiao Steel Structure revolutionized the construction industry by shattering the international technical monopoly. In collaboration with the esteemed Zhejiang University and Tongji University, we embarked on groundbreaking research under unprecedented and non-standardized conditions. This collaboration led to the development of a pioneering 'complete set of rectangular CFST structures.' Our CFST structures boast enhanced applicability, cost-effectiveness, and superior fire resistance compared to traditional pure steel structures. The crowning achievement was the construction of the first-ever high-rise building using these rectangular CFST structures at Ruifeng International Commercial Building. Recognized as a China Torch Program project, this innovation transformed the landscape of conventional reinforced concrete construction and addressed the critical challenge of enhancing steel structure fire resistance. With exceptional seismic and fire-resistant capabilities, this project firmly established Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical leadership in the domain of high-rise steel structures. Our technical system, uniquely characterized by Hangxiao Steel Structure's expertise, continues to drive the growth and advancement of high-rise steel structure buildings across China.

Hangxiao Steel Structure proudly holds Special Qualification for the General Housing Construction Contract, China Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), Grade I of Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects, Grade A of Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, and Grade I Qualification of Special Construction of Steel Structure, among others.
Hangxiao Steel Structure boasts a wealth of experience accumulated
in the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering over
the years. Building on this foundation, the company has spearheaded
research and development in steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings,
successfully completing numerous multi-high-rise projects. Furthermore,
Hangxiao has integrated advanced equipment like the double arc
double wire door welding machine with the American Lincoln
power supply and the slag welding machine from Nippon Steel,
to continuously enhance its capabilities.
Steel truss formworks are sophisticated three-dimensional plate weldings,
incorporating steel bars in floors, pre-assembled into steel plates in the
factory, and combined with galvanized pressure steel plates.
This formwork system seamlessly integrates with steel, ensuring
it can support the weight of wet concrete and construction live loads
during the construction phase.
The boards are designed for direct placement on beams at construction
sites. Following straightforward steel engineering procedures, concrete
can be efficiently poured. Hangxiao employs a world-leading steel truss
formwork production line, ensuring that the quality and adaptability of
its major processing equipment are of world-class standards.
