It encompasses leveling, precision punching, pressure forming, and exact length cutting. The assembly welding production line is equipped with an advanced correction feature. Once the U-shaped steel is meticulously positioned according to the detailed shop drawings, the production line autonomously completes the welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly. The final assembly and welding production line masterfully concludes the assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into definitive L-type and mold top half parts.
