Hangxiao Steel Structure has accumulated rich experience in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. On this foundation, it has engaged in the research and
development of steel structures in multi-high-rise buildings and
has undertaken numerous prestigious multi-high-rise projects. Moreover, the
company has integrated state-of-the-art equipment, such as the double arc
double wire door welding machine equipped with American
Lincoln power supply, as well as a slag welding machine from Nippon Steel
and other advanced machinery.
The steel truss formwork is an innovative three-dimensional plate created by welding
steel bars within the factory into steel plates and galvanizing them, combining these with
pressure steel plates. This system is expertly designed to support wet
concrete and live loads during construction, seamlessly integrating the formwork system and steel.
Through its thoughtful construction and application design, it efficiently supports
the weight of wet concrete and live construction loads. Its design allows it to
be directly laid on beams at construction sites. Once the steel engineering is complete,
concrete can be easily poured, simplifying the process.
