Ordinary H-Type Steel Production Line
Hangxiao Steel Structure employs advanced H-type steel manufacturing equipment, including cutting machines with a French CNC system, and sophisticated FASTCAM material software. The production line features buried arc welding machines with Lincoln power supply, automatic assembly machines, hydraulic correction machines, and eight-shot blasting machines, all of which contribute to precision and efficiency.
Cladding System Production Line
Hangxiao Steel Structure is outfitted with a comprehensive cladding system production line, integrating the world's leading strip machine for synchronous, automated production processes with high-precision punching and molding. The company also implements a pioneering 360-degree standing seam roof panel production line, further enhancing its production prowess.
