Our cutting-edge housing system, featuring shear walls formed by concrete-filled multicellular steel tubes, has evolved through seven meticulous stages: from feasibility studies and theoretical analyses to innovative design, production process research, construction process optimization, equipment development, experimental research, and engineering pilots. This journey has yielded over 100 patents and a series of group and corporate standards, such as the Technical Standard for Shear Walls Formed by Concrete-Filled Multicellular Steel Tube T/CECS546-2018 and the Technical Specification for Concrete Steel Bundle Outer Wall Engineering T/CECS 589-2019.
The residential system incorporates a concrete-filled multicellular steel tube shear wall, complemented by an H-type steel beam, assembled steel truss bar truss deck, and assembled stairs. This robust structure is fortified with light fire-proof boards, gypsum-based light partition walls, CCA grouting walls, and adorned with metal and artificial board curtain walls, along with insulation decoration boards.
Hangxiao Steel Structure embraces the noble mission of 'leading the transformation of residential construction.' Since establishing a dedicated agency in 1999 for the R&D of steel structure residential systems, we have developed China's most mature product system. Our efforts led to the successful application and authorization of a steel structure housing patent in 2003.
In 2010, Hangxiao Steel Structure gained approval from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, becoming the inaugural national housing industrialization base for steel structures with independent intellectual property rights and a comprehensive support system. Assembled steel bar truss deck
The meticulously crafted assembled steel bar truss deck features a seamlessly integrated steel truss pre-processed at the factory. This sophisticated steel truss is expertly combined on site with a bottom mold made from galvanized steel sheets, forming a robust and unified template.
