Together, we delved deep into the innovative research of a 'complete set of rectangular CFST structure.' This pioneering approach, surpassing the capabilities of a pure steel structure, offered unmatched applicability, enhanced economy, and superior fire resistance. Our trailblazing efforts culminated in the creation of the first high-rise edifice using this sophisticated rectangular CFST structure at Ruifeng International Commercial Building. Proudly, this venture was honored as part of the China Torch Program, revolutionizing traditional reinforced concrete construction methods, thereby significantly amplifying the fire resilience of steel structures. Our project not only boasts exemplary seismic and fire resistance but also cements Hangxiao Steel Structure's esteemed technical stature in the realm of high-rise steel structures. This venture has forged a unique technical system with distinct Hangxiao Steel Structure characteristics, heralding a new era in the evolution of high-rise steel structure buildings across China.

Hangxiao Steel Structure boasts an impressive array of qualifications, including Special Qualification for the General Housing Construction Contract, China Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), Grade I Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects, Grade A Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, and Grade I Qualification for Special Construction of Steel Structures.
Hangxiao Steel Structure has accumulated a wealth of
experience in the manufacturing and construction of light steel
engineering over the years. Building on this foundation, it has
advanced research and development of steel structures in
multi-high-rise buildings, successfully executing numerous
projects. The company has also integrated cutting-edge equipment,
including double arc double wire door welding machines powered
by American Lincoln power supplies, and slag welding machines
from Nippon Steel, among others.
The steel truss formwork is an innovative three-dimensional
plate welding system that integrates steel bars into floor plates,
galvanized pressure steel plates, and factory-processed elements.
This system perfectly combines formwork and steel through
construction and application design, capable of supporting wet
concrete weight and construction loads during the building phase.
The board is ready to be directly laid on beams at construction
sites. Following a brief steel engineering setup, concrete pouring
commences. Hangxiao employs the world's leading steel truss
formwork production line, ensuring world-class quality and
flexibility in major processing equipment.
