Hangxiao Steel Structure holds a Special Qualification for the General Housing Construction Contract, China Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), Grade I of Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects, and Grade A of Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, among other accolades.
Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed extensive experience in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this foundation, it has conducted in-depth research and
development of steel structures in multi-high-rise buildings, and
successfully undertaken numerous multi-high-rise projects. Moreover, the
company has introduced cutting-edge equipment such as the double arc
double wire door welding machine, equipped with the American
Lincoln power supply, and the slag welding machine from Nippon Steel
among others.
The steel truss formwork is an advanced three-dimensional plate welding system
that integrates the steel bar within the floor into steel
plates at the factory, alongside galvanized pressure steel plates.
This formwork system and steel are seamlessly combined through
careful construction and application design to support the wet
concrete weight and construction live load during the construction stage.
The board can be laid directly on the beam at the construction
site. After a straightforward steel engineering setup, concrete can be poured.
Hangxiao employs cutting-edge steel truss formwork
production lines, ensuring the quality and adaptability of the major processing
equipment remain world-class.
