Intelligent H-type steel production line
The intelligent H-type production line is independently researched and developed by Hangxiao Steel Structure. Its core concept and design are from Chairman Shan Yinmu, with independent intellectual property rights. This production line is able to complete a series of procedures such as straight strip segmentation, transmission, assembly, welding, flipping, correction, punching and locking, and realizes the whole process of production factorization, operation mechanization and management informatization. In particular, the post- process shot blasting, painting and drying is a unique flow process that realizes the integration of intelligent design information.
Multicellular Steel tube production line
The multicellular steel tube production line is mainly composed of forming production line, assembly welding production line, final assembly welding production line, including leveling, punching, pressure forming and length cutting. The assembly welding production line has the function of correction. After the U-shaped steel is placed according to the shop drawings, the production line can automatically complete the welding process of multicellular steel tube assembly. The final assembly and welding production line is the final assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into typical L-type and mold top half parts. The whole process adopts servo control with high accuracy and efficiency in assembly positioning, the spear can automatically track the welding seam, so that the quality of welding products is undoubtedly reliable.
