Hangxiao Steel Structure proudly possesses a Special Qualification for the General Housing Construction Contract, the China Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), and Grade I of Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects. Additionally, it holds a Grade A designation for Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, complemented by a Grade I Qualification for Special Construction of Steel Structures, among others.
Hangxiao Steel Structure has methodically amassed a wealth of experience
in the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this solid foundation, the company has pursued intense research
and development in steel structure implementation in multi-high-rise buildings,
successfully undertaking numerous multi-high-rise projects. Beyond this, Hangxiao has invested in advanced equipment,
including sophisticated machinery like the double arc
double wire door welding machine, powered by the American
Lincoln power supply and complemented by a slag welding machine from Nippon Steel,
among other state-of-the-art technologies.
The steel truss formwork represents a cutting-edge three-dimensional plate welding
technology, integrating the reinforced steel bars within the floor into the steel
plates at the factory, which are then combined with galvanized pressure steel plates.
This innovative formwork system harmoniously aligns with steel through
precise construction and design applications, capable of withstanding the wet
concrete weight and live load during the construction phase.
The board is meticulously laid directly onto the beam at the construction
site, facilitating a streamlined process where concrete can be poured following minimal steel engineering.
