Hangxiao has excelled in the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering,
which has laid a strong foundation for its research and
development endeavors in multi-high-rise building steel structures,
successfully undertaking numerous such projects. Moreover, the
company has invested in cutting-edge equipment like double arc
double wire door welding machines with American
Lincoln power supply, and slag welding machines from Nippon Steel,
among others.
The steel truss formwork represents a sophisticated three-dimensional plate welding technique,
where steel bars in the floor are pre-processed into steel
plates at the factory and combined with galvanized pressure steel plates.
Through meticulous construction and application design, the formwork system and steel seamlessly integrate, supporting the wet
concrete weight and construction live load during building phases.
This advanced system allows the board to be laid directly on the beams at the
construction site. Following basic steel engineering, concrete can be promptly poured.
